The remaining portion of the partially collapsed 12-storey condo in Surfside, Florida, was pulled down in a controlled demolition on Sunday night, video footage shows.
The big picture: The demolition of the Towers South building was taking place ahead of the expected arrival of Tropical Storm Elsa.
